It's important to be clear about what TrackerPod Robotic Tripod and TrackerCam Software cannot do.
- Technical Limitations:
Tracking performance depends on camera quality. The speed, resolution, and
color fidelity of your camera affect tracking ability. Automatic Gain and White Balance
adversely affect tracking ability.
Tracking performance deteriorates in poor or changing lighting conditions. Tracking movement against a background too similar in color to the subject, or tracking subjects moving too quickly may also be problematic.

- Camera Required:
TrackerPod works together with your existing video camera. It is a
motorized base for a camera, it is NOT a camera.
- Focus and Aperture:
TrackerCam
cannot change your camera's focus or aperture settings.
- Appropriate Use:
TrackerPod is for indoor use only. Keep away from dust and moisture.
Supply power with Universal Serial Bus (USB 1.1 or above) only.
Not applicable for critical usage or hazardous environments.
Operate at temperatures between 32ºF and 132ºF (0ºC and 55ºC) only.
Do not mount objects weighing more than 8oz onto TrackerPod.
