How o I make TrackerCam move the camera to the position I've defined as Home when it starts up? it always goes to 0,0.

You're right. The startup position is always 0,0 rather than home. If you set Move to Home Position after stillness timeout [3], turn motion detection and tracking on, quit to save settings, and then restart, you will see that it will go to 0,0 then after 3 seconds it will automatically go to home position.

It's a kludge unless you do want motion detection and tracking on anyway.
