I recently purchased a trackerpod and cam from you. I am having problems with the camera. For some reason, the camera moves without being prompted even when the face-tracking is turned off. This makes it impossible to have the camera pointed at the one palce of your choosing. It literally appears to have a mind of its own.

Are any of the following features turned on:

1) Color Tracking
2) Motion Tracking
3) Surveillance Guard Path (setting that makes TrackerPod follow a surveillance path)

Any of the above features could cause TrackerPod to move without your command.
