We have purchased one of Network TrackerCams and am having problems. I downloaded the updated firmware in the Compex unit as instructed but nothing worked after that. I've tried updating the firmware using the program on the CD but that didn't change anything. Have you any suggestions?

When you upgrade the firmware, the Compex unit stops being a router and becomes a webcam server, either a wired or wireless client to your pre-existing router. Perhaps this is the confusion?

You should connect an ethernet cable to it from a PC and run UConfig from the CD. The fact that you were able to reprogram the firmware a second time suggests that it worked after the first time.

If it shows in the list of Compex devices, click the globe to connect to it. This is a good way to find its IP number for connection.

Let us know if it does not show in the UConfig list.
