What type of video encoding does your Network TrackerCam use?

The Network TrackerCam uses a proprietary ActiveX component to show you the video image. You need to use Microsoft Internet Explorer to view it. This is currently the only way to stream. It is a stream of jpeg images. The clarity is better than mpeg, but the frame rate is not.
