I purchsed a Compex wireless router and configured it to my existing wireless setup and was able to see the webcam using internal IP address. However, when I use my external IP address (and port - tried 8888, 8090, 8777....) after putting the wireless router/camera on DMZ, I was still unable to view the camera. Is there a way around this issue?

The port is just port 80 since the Compex NP26G-USB has a regular web server built in. Your existing wireless router may be able to forward port 8888 (or whatever) on the outside IP to port 80 on the Compex's internal IP address.
