Will the PowerPod and DVDriver work with the new Sony DCR-HC90 camcorder?

Answer:

Yes, this is a LANC camera so it should work with the PowerPod-LANC.  The PowerPod-LANC comes with a version of DVDriver called PTZdriver that optically zooms your camcorder so you will not need to get DVdriver too.

It is a bit on the light side - if find any problems with moving it (ie. if it has some irratic movement), please leave in the battery to make it heavier.
