Why can't I remotely view my webcam any more?

Detailed Question:

Hello, I am running the very latest version of trackercam software, but since a few upgrades ago I have been unable to view my webcam at URL that TrackerCam is supposed to make it available at. Is this related to the upgrade? Any idea how I fix? Thanks.

Answer:

I'm going to guess that you've upgraded you're browser and that that's the thing that's changed. Microsoft had some kind of falling-out with Sun Microsystems and stopped including Java with their browsers. You need Java in your browser to view your TrackerCam page (unless you choose to use the Javascript version). To remedy the problem, you can go to www.java.com and manually download Java. Thank you,
