Questions Relating to PowerPod

Can I use a 3.3 pound camera with PowerPod.

Detailed Question:

Do you have plans for a new version that will hold a 3.3 lb. camera? Is there any way to screw the base of the TrackerPod to a ceiling, or does it only sit of a table top?

Answer:

 I'm sorry but we don't have any plans for a model like that. The maximum weight our PowerPod can handle is 3 lbs. You might get away with it a 3.3 lb camera if you never tilt more than 15 degrees (you could pan as much as you liked). The PowerPod always needs to be mounted right-side up, though.
