Can you give me some information on the IR sensor on your IR-Pods?
Detailed Question:
What type of antenna (IR sensor) does the IR powerpod have? Where is it located? What is the range? Do you have pictures of one available?
Thanks
Answer:
The IR sensor is normally located on the front of the pod.
The IR sensor is in the place of the center hole of the arrow lights, on the front of the pod.
It is possible to mount the camera backwards, so that the sensor is on the back. And it's simple to reprogram the direction on the remote control to match this reverse camera configuration.
The range is the same as the range on your television remote (about 20 feet) but no further. You will also not have zoom control unless you have an IR zoom control on your camera.
