I read that the TrackerPod works with the Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000 with Carl Zeiss optics. Does the 9000 snap upon the TrackerPod base like the QuickCam Pro 4000 does?

The Logiteh QuickCam Pro 9000 has a unique autofocus lens using new technology from Carl Zeiss (R), the leader in camera lens quality. It's more advanced than older webcams that may need to be refocused manually after panning or tilting to a subject closer or further away. It's nice to be sure the picture will stay crisp and clear after you pan or tilt it with a TrackerPod (R), particularly if you also use digital zoom along with pan and tilt.
