How do I make DVdriver see my Sony HandyCAM DCR-TR7000 ?

Detailed Question:

I just purchased the DVdriver to use with my Sony HandyCAM DCR-TR7000 with ieee-1394 as a WEBCAM. The HandyCAM is seen by other software but not by my WEBCAM software. I have a standard WEBCAM that I've been using but I wanted to start using my handyCAM instead. Can you help me with a solution?

Answer:

Make sure that your camera is plugged into your computer with the FireWire / iLink cable / IEEE1394 cable.

Turn on your camera.

Start your computer and windows.

Start DVdriver

Click on your menu button in the upper left corner of DVdriver.

Choose "Load Video Device"

Select Microsoft DV camcorder

Start Yahoo Messenger

CHOOSE DVdriver AS THE CAMERA SOURCE IN WEBCAM SOFTWARE.
