I purchased the full version of DVdriver from you and activated it a while ago. I recently had computer problems and had to erase my hard-drive and set things up from scratch. Now, I need to re-install DVdriver--how do I do that?

You can re-install DVdriver by going to: https://secure.eagletron.com/TCam/order/checkorder On the page, log in using the user ID and password you chose for yourself when you first purchased DVdriver. You will then see a link you can click to download DVdriver again. After downloading, you need to complete the activation process again, like you did when you first bought the product.
