Use camcorder with MSN Messenger

Hi, I would like to use my digital camcorder (SonyDCR - PC9E) as a web cam. Can you tell me if DV 1.0 will do this? If it will, do I need any other software to make it work using MSM Messenger. Also, is the download free from your website. If DV 1.0 doesn't achieve this conversion, is there any other programme you would recommend? Thank you for your help. Best wishes John Donovan.
