Can I film football games from a high tripod and control the camera from a laptop?

Hi, I am looking to use your Clear PTZ cam to film HS football games. Basically I will be mounting the camera on top of a 25-30 foot tripod in order to get a "coaching view". I would need to control the camera via laptop as well as to start and stop the video record after each play. Can this be accomplished via your software or a 3rd party software? Thanks!
