Does CLEARPTZ stay focused and do I need a separate card?

I am interested in purchasing the CLEARPTZ SURVILLANCE CAMERA AS A GIFT FOR MY SON. does it stay focused all the time or does it need to be focused? He is handicapped and cannot use his hands to make adjustments. I also need to know if I need to purchase the card with it or will it run off atv card.

A: You have a choice of setting the focus manually (through the computer) or automatically (it stays focused all the time).

A: The video out of the camera can play either to a standard television monitor or through your computer's monitor. To play through your computer you would require any sort of video card that accepts a composite video connection (a wire like you would find on the back of a stereo).
