How can I make my camcorder work with Yahoo Messenger?

Detailed Question:

I just purchased a Panasonic mini DV Camcorder NVGS15c. I want to know Can it work/support as Web-Cam,with all Messengers (specialy with Yahoo Messenger !)HOW? What should i do to work it with all Messenger? Which software is required for that? (in its manual it is written that it will work only with Window Messenger 5 & above) Pls Help.
