Does the dvdriver program work with webcams? or is it specifically made for use with camcorders? Our camcorder died and we dont have plans to purchase another, is there a 30day return policy unless we can make this work with our logitech webcam?

Unfortunately there is not a refund policy for software, as the is nothing to return for refund. However, you shouldn't need any additional software to use your Logitech webcam. The way that DVdriver works is to mimic the way that a webcam works, so that people can use their camcorders, as a webcam. So yes, DVdriver works with webcams. However, you may want to gain further usability from your Logitech webcam, by purchasing a TrackerPod. This is a device that makes your webcam act as if it has it's own cameraman.
