Why won't my camcorder show up in DVdriver?

Detailed Question:

I am trying to run teh DVdriver (free mode) to see how it works. I have it hooked up to my Sony Handycam, but I keep getting..."no device found" any suggestions?

Thanks for trying our product. Did you go through the step of 'loading the video device"? After you start DVdriver, you need to righ-click the DVdriver icon in the system tray (bottom-left corner of the screen. A pop-up menu that displayed. Select 'Load Vide Device.' Then select your camcorder from the list of devices. Many camcorders show up in the list as 'Microsoft VCR' or something like that.

You can then start the software you want to use your camcorder with--MSN Messenger, Yahoo, NetMeeting, etc.--and select DVdriver as your "camera".
