If the computer you use to run TrackerCam has to pass through a router to access the Internet, visitors may have problems finding your VideoWebPage. This is because in some cases, the router assigns an IP address to your PC that is different than the actual IP of your Internet connection. If this is the case, you will have to configure the router in order for visitors to be able to see your TrackerCam. This section will help you determine if you may have a router problem, and offers tips on configuring some of the more popular routers. Another indication that you may have a router issue is if the IP address of the computer running TrackerCam appears as 192.168.xxx.xxx.
