Why do I get a black screen with DVdriver every few minutes?

Detailed Question:

I bought your DVDriver to use my Sony MiniDV camcorder
as a webcam and it seems to work fine. But I get this
black screen with the DVDriver logo thing once every a
few minutes as if I am still using the trial version
and very anoying. I wonder if that can be turned off
or I did not install it right. Otherwise I am happy
with the program. Thanks for your help.

Answer:

If DVdriver shows you the black screen, it means it stopped getting video from the camera, or it has no camera loaded. Some cameras stop sending video after some time if there is a tape inside and it's not recording. This is to protect the tape. If you take out the tape, the camera should keep sending video indefinitely.
